Easter Basket by Jordan

I love that we get to start seeing what crafts Jordan did at school for various holidays.

Of course yesterday he came home with his Easter Basket!

I think he did a great job making it cheerful and springy!

Luckily I took this photo promptly because he then wanted to peel it. I let him do this over the sink as we had a conversation about the chick inside the egg. He seemed to think, rightfully so, that he would find a chick inside the egg. I explained the chick was no longer there. I didn't want to scare him but I didn't want to dodge his query either. We seemed to cover the subject enough to satisfy him.
