4 Month Neonatal Checkup
Today Jordan had his 4 month neonatal check up - this is to track his 'corrected age' development. He did wonderfully and impressed all the specialists there.
His motor skills are right on par with where they should be... hands to mouth, grabbing toys and bringing to mouth, almost sitting on his own, strength to stand when held up, strong on tummy time and on the very cusp of rolling over. The speech pathologist was also there and was impressed by his back and forth conversational level and he was being quiet! So we're very very happy to hear that all is well and he doesn't seem to have any problems given he was 2 months early.
Here are some stats although we'll get another dose of them tomorrow at the appointment with his paediatrician.
6.7 kg = 14lbs 12oz (watch out Autumn!)
64 cm long = 25.2 inches
Today he got one last RSV shot as they determined the season to be 3 weeks longer this year.
Tomorrow he gets his 6 months shots so I feel terrible. Three in a row. And he seemed to know as soon as the nurse grabbed his leg today what was coming because he let out a scream in advance. Poor guy.
But all in all everything is great! Yay!
