Jordan in January
Its been quite a month! Jordan is all over the place now and there's no stopping him. Here's a run down of what he's doing lately.
- His top tooth finally broke through... I can see a few more lined up to pop any time now.
- He climbs up on the sofa with ease. Dangerous. We try to block it off, but he's found a way up no matter what.
- If he has access to the stairs he's on them.
- He watches us closely. And he learns. Doors or other accessable items we think he can't get into, he suddenly can after watching how we did it. TOO smart.
- Jordan still loves books. Pulling one out or asking "Book?" gets a squeal of delight out of him everytime. If he's in a poor mood it cheers him up.
- He has now made the relation between the TV show "Yo GabbaGabba" and his doll Brobee. One day watching the show he wandered over to his stuffed animals bin and pulled Brobee out to hang onto while he danced to their songs.
- Jordan loves completing the shapes ball. You know the one. We all had it. Blue and Red. It pulls apart in the middle so all the yellow shape pieces fall out. We still need to assist him in finding the right hole however he understands turning the piece so that it fits in the hole. The toy car he has also has shaped holes on the hood and he'll play with that too.
- He's getting better at listening on the phone, or at least allowing us to put it to his ear without him eating it.
- He blows the best kisses!
- Jordan gives me kisses. Nice big open mouthed kisses. But so far, for no one else. Which is okay, because that's kind of weird. LOL (other than Chris but I keep teasing him its because he has facial hair)
At the moment that's all I've got. Everytime he does something new I'm astounded and I love that feeling. Both Chris and I do! (of course I write my feelings on here but they are always shared by Chris, he's a VERY proud daddy and doing a very good job at being Jordan's caregiver 4 days of the week all on his own) x0
