After posting about the ultrasound I realized I missed an opportunity to tell a Jordan story. He was with us and the ultrasound was at St. Joe's. This is the hospital he spent most of his time in in the first two months and its where we go for his neonatal appointments. The U/S is also in the basement where its a bit of a Zombie Land with random stretchers of people waiting for MRI, CATS, U/S, XRAYS, etc... Its not always a happy place and Jordan picked up on that quick. After checking in and waiting in our area for a bit and Chris had gone to grab us morning drinks and muffins, Jordan turns to me and says, "Home." This is what he says now when he's displeased with his whereabouts. After I went in for my appointment he was pretty good for Chris but by the end (its about 45min) he was done. As soon as I came out Jordan grabbed my hand and said "Home".
He also knows when we're approaching our house either when we're out in the car or in the stroller. Within a block he says "Home!"
The only time he says, "No Home!" is when we're at the park.
