Day 1 at Auntie Laura's - June 2/3

Laura made a little tent frame, with great retro sheet I might add, for Jordan's visit. Perfect for a rainy weekend too. I think he might like it.

LEGO! LEGO! LEGO! The old toolbox that housed all our Lego as kids. It was a nice surprise to see it pop up in the photos Laura sent this morning. I think Jordan's loving it. Laura was a master Lego crafter, I'm sure she's showing him some amazing construction ideas.

From Laura
"I took my nephew to see a train pass by last evening after dinner. He was sooooooooooo excited and I had the video going to capture it all... or no, no I didn't. Sigh. So no one else will get to see how excited he was. But on the walk home all he could say was how AWESOME it was. The conductor and people on the train waved, and they even blew the horn for him!"
And the park. It just struck me that until Laura moves, this will be 'the park at Auntie Laura's'. There are two she takes him to, but this is closer for a cool windy day. Its fun as a kid that parks are made so differently and you can remember visiting places by the park they had.
