Auntie Laura & The Pirates

There was lots of Pirates this weekend at Auntie Laura's. Jordan went to help her out. Here's some of the scoop...

tree-watering Skeeball

'Today on our walk I was telling my nephew about spring and how some animals have been spending their winters. We talked about the robin flying back from the south, turtles sleeping in the bottom of ponds, and snakes sleeping in holes under the ground so they don't freeze at which point he says, "Like Han when Jabba froze him," and continues on about the Star Wars saga. Best segueway ever.'

Below, Laura is asking if there is smoke in his eyes it's because 'he was pretending he was a firefighter and there was lots of smoke so he had to keep blinking until he had some beer'.

No, I have no idea how he knows this to be true. We don't have beer around. Perhaps we need to start filtering his movie choices on Netflix? I'm kidding! He's quite old enough to know what's decent for his age.

"The restaurant for pirates became a restaurant for vikings, but then the vikings were jailed and the restaurant was demolished. The astronauts also got called away from the jail to man a space station and drive the Mars Rover, but not before they jailed a cyclops and an alien. Basically we saved the world this weekend. You're welcome."

He said he was sunbathing!

Good old Vitamin D!

This is his favourite way to use a swing.
