Road Trip | Part 2 | Manitoulin

TUESDAY JULY 5
TRAVELLED TO LITTLE CURRENT, MANITOULIN
===========================================

I think we ate Farquar's ice cream every night!

WEDNESDAY JULY 6
We went to explore the Cup and Saucer trail in the morning. I don't think we took the right loop but it was beautiful and would have been more enjoyable if the mosquitoes weren't out in full force.

==========================================
  Later that day we went to Bridal Veil Falls and the kids loved it.

After this we attempted to drive to the western most tip of Manitoulin to see the Mississagi light house but just 8kms from Meldrum Bay we turned back. The rain had been horrendous and the skies were very dark. We could only assume the weather on the coast would be worse. We got back to a sunny sky in Little Current, had dinner and relaxed.

THURSDAY JULY 7
En route to South Baymouth to catch the Chi-Cheemaun in the morning, we stopped at Providence Bay, a gorgeous beach strip on the south rim of Manitoulin. We only had about 45 minutes but the kids made the most of it writing their names in the sand, jumping the surf and monkeying on the playground! (see how big it is?)
