Milestone's and such...

Jordan has gotten over his fear of the shower! Yay! For so long he got quite upset when the shower head came on. It was always a good way to get him to exit the bathroom when I needed to shower! But he's come to be quite brave. We started by washing his sandy feet at the end of a day and letting him hold the shower head to fill Amber's bath tub. And he'll now shower with us, shampoo and all!

Funny story:

Last night Jordan rolled up one of his paperback books and put it under his arm. "I'm going to get the mail! See you later!" Then he said on the sofa and pulled out the rolled up book and stated, "I'm reading the newspaper."

That alone gave us a chuckle.

But what we're both still puzzled by is where did he catch that? We don't order the paper to the house. The internet is our daily paper! The things they pick up on and put into storage in their brain until a later date...

And just now I crouched down do give him the hug and kiss he requested. Jordan then turned around to snuggle his back to me as he will do. Then suddenly I found we was perched on me like this:

And he said "Daddy, take a picture!" Seems he knows when he's being silly and wants it captured on camera.
