Moving Right Along
I thought I would put up a couple of photos my sister took that I just love.
This one is of the quilt my sister's Sarah and Laura and my Mom made for Jordan. I am so in love with it and all the work they put into it. Thank you!
And here is a photo Laura took on Nov 16th of Jordan as I was weighing him in. He loves looking around and taking in his surroundings.
And today we had more good news! One of those one-big-step-forward days.
(Hopefully this makes sense to you all...)
He's feeding again as I mentioned (on the tube) and Saturday he started off with just 3cc's (a few drops). They increase that amount by 3cc's every three hours until he gets back up to his full feed which is 42cc's. They slowly increase this amount and monitor him to make sure he shows no signs of the earlier problems. Today he is already at 24cc's. The hospital is confident he will have no problems and is working on his transfer back to St. Joe's level II care! This is such great news of course. It will take 2-3 days to happen but it'll happen quickly. Once back there he'll start nursing again and in no time he'll be home! YAY!
