Baker Man

Jordan loves pulling up the stool to help me bake. I had printed a recipe for cinnamon buns but was intimidated by the 90 minute process so I was postponing it. But tonight Jordan pointed at my mixer that I keep on the counter and said, "Mommy... making muffins!" So I thought hey, my assistant is ready for it, its only 6pm, lets do it!

Here's a few photos I took in the process... AND I do have to say that they turned out lovely! My first recipe with yeast, kneading and time for rising.
