BATH TIME!

Today the nurse informed Chris and I that we are in charge of bath time from now on!
She gave us a tutorial as we did it and he'll bath every other day. He really didn't mind the head wet down but once the body wet and soap down came we heard his lungs at full force! But he stopped quickly once we assured him that he was okay. = )

The nice thing as well was that she took out his feed tube (not nice for him) for the bath since it needed to be changed anyway so we saw him completely without gear.

head wet down...

Then we toweled him off and he was happy as could be and we went snap happy!

then we bundled him up and put sleepy, fed baby back to bed...

Tonight when we went back I nursed him for a while. He's still not strong enough to get full feeds but he'll be doing it in no time I'm sure. He was quite eager to feed as much as he could!

The criteria for him to leave the hospital are as follows:
5lbs
full feeds on his own
able to sit in car seat - 90min test at hospital

Fingers crossed!
