Holding Jordan

Chris and I are able to each hold Jordan every day now. I hold him during his noon feed skin to skin - he usually spits up some of what goes down! Then Chris holds him in the evenings for a little bit. As Jordan gets used to this (which he already is!) we can add another day time snuggle. We just don't want to over do it right now as he needs as much sleep as he can get. Having said that, he sleeps quite well while with either of us. Its nice to know that he's comforted enough to drift off as soon as we're holding him.

He's slowly gaining back his weight. Last night he was up to 1605 grams (born at 1620), so he's almost there! 

So now we just allow him to gain weight and in a week or so learn to breast feed. Other than that he's doing just fine!
